How big is it really?
Around 55cm high with a 25cm projection, which is substantially larger than a standard wall sconce. It is sized for a villa gate, a hotel facade or a large covered porch.
Will it be too big for a normal house?
On a standard doorway it would dominate. It comes into its own on a gate pillar or a tall, wide entrance where a smaller fitting simply disappears.
What globe does it take?
A standard E27, dimmable with a compatible globe and dimmer, so you can set the brightness the entrance calls for.
Where does it mount?
Surface mounted to a gate pillar or wall, with the fixing plate included. It should sit in a properly sheltered spot and be wired in by a licensed electrician.
How do I look after it?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth and keep harsh chemical cleaners away from the cast finish.
