This website is operated by Halo & Wick. By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its dimensions, materials and lamp type. Colours and finishes may appear differently on your screen than in person, and small variations are normal in handmade and hand finished pieces. We do not warrant that a product description is entirely error free, and where an error is material we will tell you before dispatch and offer you a refund.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but a change will never affect an order already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where a price or description has been listed in error, in which case you will be refunded in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud, and you will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

7. Returns and refunds

8. Installation and safety

Products that require fixed wiring must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the regulations that apply where you live. We are not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from incorrect installation, unsuitable wiring, or use of a product other than as intended.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, layout and branding, belongs to Halo & Wick or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation.

11. Third party links

This site may link to third party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and other than the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability arising from your use of this site or from a product purchased through it is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
