We are a small online studio, not a warehouse with a catalogue. Every piece in the range is chosen for how it is made, not for how cheaply it ships, indoors and out. Orders leave within three business days with tracking, and if something arrives faulty or damaged we put it right under the Australian Consumer Law.

How do I choose the best lighting for my space?
Start with what the room is actually for, then look at its size, ceiling height and how much daylight it already gets. From there you can narrow things down to a short list that still works together across the whole home.
A rough rule for a main pendant: add the room's width and length in metres, then use that number in inches as a starting diameter. Layer a softer light nearby so the room is never lit from one point alone.
Do you have energy-efficient home lighting?
Yes. A large part of the range is LED, which draws far less power and lasts a great deal longer than a traditional globe, so it costs less to run and you replace it far less often.
Each product page lists the lamp type and wattage, so you can compare before you buy.
What if it does not look right once it arrives?
We do not accept change of mind returns, so it is worth getting this right before you order. Check the measurements on the product page against your space, and ask us if you are unsure about scale or wattage. Most surprises come down to scale rather than style.
